Returns & Replacements To receive return approval, you must call within 30 days of the order date. State the product name, code, invoice number and reason for the return. Returned unopened products must be in the original container (carton and bottle) and free of markings or price stickers. We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements for opened products. If returned, the package(s) will be subject to a 20% processing fee plus any additional shipping fees.
Damaged Products:
Damage must be reported to the shipping company (ie: FedEx, USPS, UPS) so we can file a claim.
Take photos of the damaged product(s) and send in an email (sales@elementalresearchinc.com) for verification purposes.
Once the damage report is complete and photos sent to us we will issue either a replacement or refund.
A $20.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.
Shipping & Delivery U.S.A. mainland packages of Angstrom Minerals™ are shipped via FedExground delivery.
UPS/Federal Express 2nd Day Air are available per your request/cost. There is a $6.00 handling fee for these orders.
In the event there is no one to receive/sign for the packages on the first delivery, the carrier will make two additional attempts to deliver, after which the package will be returned to Elemental Research, Inc. If returned, the packages will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any additional shipping fees.
Packages delivered by FedEx or any other carrier in a damaged condition should be promptly reported to your local carrier’s office. Please retain the original shipping carton for the carriers examination. Following their inspection of the package, the carrier will pick up the damaged product(s), handle all details on the claim and will notify Elemental Research, Inc.
Drop Ships
There is a $15.00 fee for all drops ship orders unless otherwise indicated.This fee may increase without notice, especially in the case of excessive drop ship requests. We offer this courtesy to our customers,however, we are not a distribution center. Customers (Wholesale and Distributor accounts) are expected to keep enough stock on hand to service their customer base.
